حرصًا منا على الشفافية وتماشياً مع التزامنا بتطوير أنظمتنا بما يتناسب مع خططكم التشغيلية والتسويقية، نود إشعاركم بجدولة صيانة دورية للنظام وذلك يوم الجمعة 10 أكتوبر 2025، من الساعة 6:00 صباحًا حتى 10:00 صباحًا (بتوقيت الرياض – GMT+3).

ستتضمن الصيانة ترقية وتحديث أحد الأنظمة الرئيسية بهدف تعزيز الأداء وتطبيق أعلى المعايير الأمنية.

تصفح المتاجر وعمليات الشراء
خدمات المتجر الأساسية (عرض المنتجات، التصفح، الطلبات والدفع) لن تتأثر خلال فترة الصيانة.

• عرض المنتجات في المتجر: لن يتأثر

• إتمام عمليات الشراء والدفع: لن تتأثر

لوحة التحكم والعمليات المرتبطة بها

خلال فترة الصيانة، قد تلاحظون بعض التأخيرات المؤقتة في:

• ظهور الطلبات الجديدة في لوحة التحكم.

• تحديث المنتجات (إضافة/تعديل) على المتجر.

• تحديث بيانات العملاء ومجموعاتهم.

• خدمة التصدير.

• تحديث التقارير والإحصائيات.

• ظهور السلات المتروكة.

• تحديث رمز التخزين المقترح من الذكاء الاصطناعي.

• توقف مؤقت لخدمة المساعد الذكي في مركز المساعدة.

As part of our commitment to transparency and our ongoing efforts to enhance our systems in line with your operational and marketing plans, we would like to inform you of scheduled system maintenance on Friday, October 10, 2025, from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM (Riyadh Time – GMT+3).

This maintenance will include an upgrade and update to one of our core systems to improve performance and apply the highest security standards.

Store Browsing & Purchasing

The core store services (product browsing, navigation, ordering, and checkout) will not be affected during the maintenance window.

During the maintenance period, you may experience temporary delays in:

• Displaying new orders in the dashboard.
  
  

• Updating products (adding/editing) on the store.
  
  

• Updating customer data and groups.
  
  

• Export service.
  
  

• Updating reports and analytics.
  
  

• Displaying abandoned carts.
  
  

• Updating AI-suggested storage codes.
  
  

• Temporary unavailability of the AI-Assistant in the Help Center.
