حرصًا منا على الشفافية وتماشياً مع التزامنا بتطوير أنظمتنا بما يتناسب مع خططكم التشغيلية والتسويقية، نود إشعاركم بجدولة صيانة دورية للنظام وذلك يوم السبت 18 أكتوبر 2025، من الساعة 6:00 صباحًا حتى 07:00 صباحًا (بتوقيت الرياض – GMT+3).

ستتضمن الصيانة ترقية وتحديث أحد الأنظمة الرئيسية بهدف تعزيز الأداء وتطبيق أعلى المعايير الأمنية.

تصفح المتاجر وعمليات الشراء
خدمات المتجر الأساسية (عرض المنتجات، التصفح، الطلبات والدفع) لن تتأثر خلال فترة الصيانة.

• إتمام عمليات الشراء والدفع: لن تتأثر

لوحة التحكم والعمليات المرتبطة بها

خلال فترة الصيانة، قد تلاحظون بعض التأخيرات المؤقتة في:

• ظهور الطلبات الجديدة في لوحة التحكم.

• تحديث المنتجات (إضافة/تعديل) على المتجر.

• تحديث بيانات العملاء ومجموعاتهم.

• خدمة التصدير.

• تحديث التقارير والإحصائيات.

• ظهور السلات المتروكة.

• تحديث رمز التخزين المقترح من الذكاء الاصطناعي.

• توقف مؤقت لخدمة المساعد الذكي في مركز المساعدة.

The core store services (product browsing, navigation, ordering, and checkout) will not be affected during the maintenance window.

• Displaying abandoned carts.
  
  

• Updating AI-suggested storage codes.
