حرصًا منا على الشفافية وتماشياً مع التزامنا بتطوير أنظمتنا بما يتناسب مع خططكم التشغيلية والتسويقية، نود إشعاركم بجدولة صيانة دورية للنظام وذلك يوم الجمعة 09 اكتوبر 2026 من الساعة 03:00 صباحًا حتى 09:00 صباحًا (بتوقيت الرياض – GMT+3).

ستتضمن الصيانة ترقية وتحديث بعض الأنظمة الرئيسية بهدف تعزيز الأداء وتطبيق أعلى المعايير الأمنية.

تصفح المتاجر وعمليات الشراء
خدمات المتجر الأساسية (عرض المنتجات، التصفح، الطلبات والدفع) لن تتأثر خلال فترة الصيانة.

• عرض المنتجات في المتجر: لن يتأثر

• إتمام عمليات الشراء والدفع: لن تتأثر

لوحة التحكم والعمليات المرتبطة بها

خلال فترة الصيانة، قد تلاحظون بعض التأخيرات المؤقتة في:

• ظهور الطلبات الجديدة في لوحة التحكم.

  • وقد تظهر بعض الطلبات بشكل مكرر في لوحة التحكم مؤقتاً خلال فترة الصيانة

• تحديث المنتجات (إضافة/تعديل) على المتجر.

  • وقد تظهر بعض المنتجات بشكل مكرر مؤقتاً خلال فترة الصيانة

• تحديث بيانات العملاء ومجموعاتهم.

As part of our commitment to transparency and our ongoing efforts to enhance our systems in line with your operational and marketing plans, we would like to inform you of scheduled system maintenance on Friday, October 9, 2026, from 3:00 AM to 9:00 AM (Riyadh Time – GMT+3).

This maintenance will include an upgrade and update to few of our core systems to improve performance and apply the highest security standards.

Store Browsing & Purchasing

The core store services (product browsing, navigation, ordering, and checkout) will not be affected during the maintenance window.

• Product display in the store: Unaffected

• Checkout and payment processing: Unaffected

Dashboard & Related Operations

During the maintenance period, you may experience temporary delays in:

• Displaying new orders in the dashboard.

  • Some orders may temporarily appear more than once in the dashboard during the maintenance window.

• Updating products (adding/editing) on the store.

  • Some products may temporarily appear more than once during the maintenance window.

• Updating customer data and updates to marketing segmentation.
